Clinimetrix allows you to make the most out of your data. With a feature-rich interface that allows you to dig deeper, the platform gives you an unprecedented view of your practice’s financial and clinical information.
Naturally, this information is commercially and personally sensitive. Medical information in particular is held to be Sensitive Information, the security of which is held to a higher standard than other Personal Information in the Privacy Act (1988).
With Clinimetrix, you maintain ownership of your practice’s data. Clinimetrix only extracts what it needs to display to you on our platform.
PHYSICAL SECURITY
The technology infrastructure that runs Clinimetrix is colocated in Macquarie Telecom’s IntelliCentre 2 data centre in Macquarie Park, NSW. This highly secure facility is utilised by large multinational corporations and various Australian Government departments. It is compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards, features 24/7 security on-site, and access is only available using biometric scanning.
The Clinimetrix technology stack itself is made up of a triple-redundant hardware setup, to ensure the availability and integrity of your data.
NETWORK SECURITY
All access to Clinimetrix is encrypted via industry standard TLS, including the connection between Clinimetrix and the Microsoft SQL database on your Best Practice server. Strict authentication measures ensure that the only users able to log in and view your Clinimetrix account are those who you have designated.
