- BOOKING MADE
The employer/candidate books in a time for the medical exam. The clinic enters the candidate’s basic information into CMx Workmed.
- CONFIRMATIONS SENT
An SMS is sent to the candidate confirming their booking providing details of day, time and address of the clinic. There is also a link in the SMS for the candidate to complete a health survey. An email goes out to the employer to confirm the booking as well.
- SURVEY FILLED
The candidate fills in their health survey at their own convenience and adds their signature – all on their smartphone which means less time needs to be spent at the clinic. If candidate has not filled in the survey ahead of time, they receive an SMS reminder.
- CANDIDATE ASSESSED
The candidate attends the clinic for their assessment. Admin or nursing staff can add PDF attachments. The healthcare provider assesses the candidate and completes the medical report. CMx Workmed collates all the results and responses into one PDF report and finalises the report ready for sending securely.
- REPORT SENT
The report is sent electronically and securely to the client/employer. The employer is sent an alert to download the report from CMxWorkmed’s secure portal. The file is available for period of 60 days.
