Here’s how… Go to the Correspondence Overview sheet and select the time period you wish to search. On the Correspondence chart select the drop down button ‘date’ then select Contact Category or any of the other options available that you wish to view.
To search for individual patients simply select the patient name to see all correspondence sent or received for that patient.
